If we determine you have violated this AUP, we may, at our discretion:
- Request that you stop the offending activity

- Terminate your account and services
- Cooperate with Microsoft, law enforcement, or other authorities as appropriate
- Pursue legal remedies for damages caused
Where possible, we will give you an opportunity to respond and remediate before taking action, unless the violation is serious or ongoing harm requires immediate action.
6. Tenant security responsibilities
If we provision a Microsoft 365 or Azure tenant for you, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of admin credentials
- Managing access for your end users
- Enforcing acceptable use among your end users
- Monitoring your tenant for suspicious activity and notifying us of incidents
- Maintaining your own backups of business-critical data
We can assist with security configuration, monitoring, and incident response under a managed support agreement.
