Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Mindsolve Consulting (OPC) Private Limited ("Mindsolve Consulting", "we", "us", "our") provides refunds for services and Microsoft 365 / Azure subscriptions purchased through us.
We aim to be fair and straightforward. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee on services
If you are not satisfied with the consulting, migration, setup, or managed support services we deliver, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date the service was first delivered.
To qualify for a service refund:
- The refund request must be received in writing (email is fine) within 30 days of the service delivery date
- You must include your order or invoice reference number
- You must describe the specific reason for dissatisfaction so we can investigate and improve
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
2. Microsoft 365 and Azure subscription refunds
Microsoft subscriptions sold through us follow Microsoft's standard cancellation and refund terms under the New Commerce Experience (NCE) framework. We do not have discretion to change Microsoft's terms; we apply them as published.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of any monthly billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations do not receive a pro-rata refund under Microsoft's terms.
Annual subscriptions
Annual Microsoft 365 subscriptions may be cancelled within the 7-day window following the start of a new subscription term (the standard Microsoft NCE cancellation window) for a pro-rata refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions run to the end of the committed term.
Seat reductions
Seat counts on annual subscriptions can be reduced at renewal. Adding seats can be done at any time.
3. What is not refundable
- Microsoft subscription fees outside the windows described above (governed by Microsoft's terms, which we cannot override)
- Third-party software, add-ons, or services we facilitated on your behalf that have already been delivered or activated
- Time-and-materials consulting work that has been delivered and accepted, unless covered by the 30-day service guarantee above
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, or other third-party purchases made on your behalf
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to Contact@mindsolveconsulting.store with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- Your order or invoice number
- The service or subscription you are requesting a refund for
- The date the service was delivered or the subscription started
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 5 business days.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all disputes directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your services pending resolution.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
