- Payment processors: to process payments (we do not store full card details on our servers)
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools — bound by confidentiality and data protection terms
- Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. International data transfers
Mindsolve Consulting is registered in India. Some of our service providers (including Microsoft) operate globally and process data in the United States, the European Union, and other regions.
