1. Independent third-party reseller

Mindsolve Consulting is an independent third-party reseller and consulting firm. We are not:

• Microsoft Corporation
• An employee, agent, subsidiary, or division of Microsoft
• Owned, controlled, or endorsed by Microsoft
• The official source for Microsoft products

We are a separate legal entity registered in India as Mindsolve Consulting (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U62010HR2024OPC122331).

2. Microsoft trademarks

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Office, Office 365, Azure, Entra, Windows, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Exchange, and related product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of Microsoft Corporation. We use these names solely to refer to the Microsoft products we resell and support, in accordance with fair use and Microsoft's reseller brand guidelines.

Any use of Microsoft trademarks on our website does not imply official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Microsoft Corporation.

3. What we sell, and what we do not sell

What we sell

• Genuine Microsoft 365 cloud subscriptions (Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, Enterprise plans) provisioned directly to your Microsoft tenant
• Genuine Microsoft Azure cloud subscriptions provisioned directly to your Azure tenant
• Consulting, migration, configuration, and managed support services around these products

What we do not sell

• Standalone perpetual Microsoft Office license keys delivered by email
• "Lifetime", "never expires", or "one-time payment" Microsoft Office activations
• Volume Licensing keys (MAK, KMS) outside Microsoft's authorized channels
• OEM keys, education keys, or other channel-restricted keys for retail resale
• Any Microsoft software license outside the subscription model

If you have seen Microsoft Office offered elsewhere as a "lifetime license" delivered by product key for a one-time fee at deeply discounted pricing, those are typically not genuine retail licenses and we do not offer them.

4. Tenant ownership

All Microsoft subscriptions we sell are provisioned directly to your Microsoft tenant. You are the legal owner of:

• Your Microsoft tenant
• The subscriptions within it
• All data stored within it

You can verify every license we have provisioned for you in your Microsoft 365 admin centre at admin.microsoft.com. You can transfer your reseller relationship to any other Microsoft partner or directly to Microsoft at any time without our consent.

5. Microsoft's terms apply to Microsoft products

When you use Microsoft 365, Azure, or any other Microsoft product, your use is governed by:

• The Microsoft Customer Agreement (or applicable Microsoft agreement)
• Microsoft's Product Terms
• Microsoft's Privacy Statement
• Microsoft's Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

These terms are between you and Microsoft. We are not a party to them. We do not modify, override, or guarantee anything covered by Microsoft's own terms.

6. No professional or legal advice

Content on our website, including blog posts, FAQs, and documentation, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

7. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites (including Microsoft properties). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.
